Support for PHP 5.4.4 / 5.3.14

PHP 5 With more security fixes, the PHP group recently announced the release of PHP 5.4.4 and PHP 5.3.14. The XP Framework's testsuite successfully passed for both versions:

PHP 5.4.4

 OK: 4741/5018 run (277 skipped), 4741 succeeded, 0 failed
 Memory used: 40492.54 kB (47450.81 kB peak)
 Time taken: 15.546 seconds

PHP 5.3.14

 OK: 4740/5018 run (278 skipped), 4740 succeeded, 0 failed
 Memory used: 55727.57 kB (61399.13 kB peak)
 Time taken: 16.346 seconds

This means the range of supported PHP versions for the 5.8-SERIES now is all versions between PHP 5.2.10 and PHP 5.4.4.
