Windows runners: .NET version

.NET LogoThe XP runners for Windows require at least the .NET framework 2.0. While basically a standard due to various pieces of software depending on it, it is still an optional update on Windows XP at the time of writing this blog entry.

So you don't end up with a surprising error when trying to run any of the XP command the setup routine now verifies the .NET framework version available when run on Windows machines and exits on failure.
