5.6.6RC4 - Pre-Release

This fourth pre-release contains a fix for newinstance() and create() which weren't working correctly when the class names passed to them pointed to classes declared fully qualified (see RFC #0037 for a technical details on this), some QA work on rdbms.Peer and rdbms.DataSet which now throw exceptions if illegal arguments are passed to their doUpdate(), doDelete() and iteratorFor() methods, and the new security.password package.
