Scope of Change
Scriptlets will answer the request with HTTP version that the user agent sends instead of always answering with HTTP/1.1

Rationale
Fix problems with HTTP/1.1 features such as Transfer-Encoding: chunked being used for older clients that cannot cope with this behaviour.
