New website beta

The new website has made significant progress:

The news page now shows real entries from the database, viewing the entries (and comments, if available) has also been implemented
Icons add some eye candy to the home page and provide shortcuts to areas of interest
The api docs pages have gotten a small work-over design-wise and now also show examples with syntax-highlighted sourecode

All this can be seen at http://xp-framework.info/ - please use bugzilla to give feedback.
