5.3.1-Release: FTP server enhancements, XSL error handling, scriptlet fixes

Mainly a bugfix release, 5.3.1 also features some FTP server enhancements as well as minor sourcecode simplifications (see entry #156).

• Fix FTP directory listing in FtpConnectionListener to display centure correctly (hinckel)
• Adapt xml.meta.Unmarshaller::contentOf() to new DOM API of PHP5 to handle "pass" attribute in "xmlmapping" annotation correctly (hinckel, strobel)
• Fix unbuffered queries on MySQLConnections (gelli)
• Fix copy and unset of duplicate subjects in MailTransport (clang)
• FTP server can intercept CWD calls (kiesel, hinckel)
