5.1.2-Release: XSL setBase support, more PHP5 feature adoption

This release contains an important fix for applications that make use of DomXSLProcessor - without this fix, most web application fail.

In addition to that, more progress has been made on the way to bring all classes up to date with the new PHP5 features (such as abstract / static functions).
